The Insider Trading Policy provides guidelines to all employees and officers of the Company and its affiliates as well as members of the Company's Board of Directors with respect to transactions in the Company's securities, and codifies the Company's standards on trading and enabling the trading of securities of the Company while in possession of material non-public information.
